Hi, my name is Paul and I am the owner of Cutting Morbey. We are a small, boutique firm, operating out of Berwick, Victoria. So... what's our point of difference and why should you choose us? Let me break down my previous sentence for you....
- Small - small must be bad right? No, small means you get the attention, detail and care you deserve. We don't see our customers as just a number where we try to get the work done in the fastest possible way with scant details to meet some made up internal metric. We truly partner with our customers and we care about our work and outcomes. Our customers come to see us a a trusted delivery partner who they can reach out to at any time for any reason.
- Boutique - ooooh no, sounds expensive!! This couldn't be further from the truth. Have a look at our packages - we aren't time based and don't push to rush through work. We believe in quality, it's that simple, and we go above and beyond to ensure we meet our high standards each and every day. When I say 'boutique', what I'm really saying is that we are there for you, we care about your business and we put the effort in to knowing and listening to you.
- Berwick Victoria - but I'm not near Berwick. That's okay, you don't need to be. With cloud accounting, communication apps and, well, pretty much cloud everything, you don't even need to be in the same state as us. We have customers who are 5 mins away, and some who we have never met face to face. But here's the thing, the level of service, dedication and care doesn't change.
